The customer understands that there is no guarantee of engine capability, engine longevity, engine safety, and personal safety once modification to the ecu/engine has been made. There is no Guarantee that the vehicle as a whole will not get damaged in any way. Looney Tuner INC. will not be at fault or held accountable for any damage to the vehicle as a whole which includes but is not limited to the Engine, wiring, chassis, body panels, ect. The customer understands there is significant risk when modifying a vehicle and performing a tune. Looney Tuner INC. will use its knowledge to prevent any damage to the vehicle to the best of its ability. The customer understands that modifying a vehicle in any way possible can and will void warranty in most applications, and Looney Tuner INC. will not be held accountable for the loss of warranty services. Customer understands that connection to a factory or aftermarket ecu can result in damaging the ecu is some cases. This is a rare occurrence but can happen. Looney Tuner INC. will not be held accountable for damage to the ecu. When any service is paid for, before Looney Tuner INC. performs any work to the vehicle, the customer will understand and sign a waiver form.
